Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a 3-day free trial without requiring credit card information. You can simply visit the settings page before the end of the trial period and settle payment with a credit card to continue uninterrupted service.
Will my clients be able to log into the application?
Yes, your client will also have their own dashboard. When you create a new client, the application automatically sends them login credentials. Your client will only have access to data that concerns them and their project. If on the other hand, you do not want your clients to have access to the CRM, you are also able to disable this access.
How do I import my existing customer data?
It's easy to import your Excel or CSV customer data into ECRM. We provide templates to map your fields. Just follow the import instructions and our support can assist if needed.
Can I customize ECRM with my company's branding?
Yes, you can customize your ECRM instance with your own company logo, you can also choose a custom subdomain that matches your branding. Custom domain options are in development for higher-level plans.
Can I capture leads from my website?
Yes, you are able to create custom forms that you can embed on any website, for capturing your prospects. When a prospect fills in the form, a new lead is automatically created inside your dashboard.
What type of training and support is available?
We offer email support, live chat, and tutorial videos to help you learn and use ECRM. Our team is standing by to answer any platform questions you have.
How do I create invoices and estimates in ECRM?
You can quickly generate invoices and estimates within ECRM to bill clients. Select your items, quantities, and customize the branding. Send to clients and easily track payments owed.
Is ECRM secure? How is my data protected?
Security is our priority. ECRM leverages enterprise-grade AWS infrastructure and Cloudflare protection to secure data and defend against cyberthreats. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Can I use ECRM on my phone and tablet?
ECRM is designed responsively for use on mobile and tablet devices. We have plans to develop a PWA version soon for added convenience.
Do you offer any discounts for non-profits or education organizations?

What payment options do you accept?
Users can securely connect PayPal and Stripe to accept payments from clients directly in ECRM.
